Our Specialty - is installing Temporary and Relocatable Modular Buildings. These buildings are assembled structures manufactured at a modular building manufacturing facility through the use of modular building techniques. The full MEP, fittings, fixtures and finishes in these modular buildings are built for many reuses. They provide quick delivery, simplicity in moving, and affordable reconfiguration. We specialize in the full installation and knockdown of this type building structure. 

Our other Specialty - Very similar to the installation of a Temporary Modular building. Permanent modular building delivery and installations use an off site, sustainable lean manufacturing processes to prefabricate module units into entire buildings that are attached to permanent foundations. When compared to stick built site construction, the modules are delivered with MEP, fixtures and interior finishes in less time, with less waste, and a with superior quality control. The modules are robust and made to travel providing a very strong building when completely installed. Exterior finishes are selected and installed. At project end you wouldn't be able to tell that what you are looking at is a Modular building. 

On many occasion it is necessary to provide ramp access for disabled people and wheelchair access to the clients modular building, this involves having accessible and secure entrances and exits. Our team has the experience and knowledge to provide a full installation to meet all modular building access needs. 

The last step in any modular building installation project. The quality of our work is critical to the safety and happiness of our clients and customers. No matter how beautifully designed  the project is, the dust and leftover debris from the modular building installation can cause a bad first impression.   In addition to a quality Modular building installation our team will clean up the jobsite. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
